Saraswati’s Kitchen is named with love and gratitude after Mrs. Saraswati, Parvati Swaminathan’s mother-in-law and her first teacher in traditional South Indian cooking. Her recipes, wisdom and homely cooking style are the heart of this brand, lovingly recreated with Parvati ji’s North Indian touch for today’s families.
Mrs Parvati Swaminathan began her journey as a school teacher. A North Indian woman married into a South Indian family, she slowly discovered the depth, discipline and beauty of traditional South Indian cooking through her late mother-in-law's kitchen.
Over time, she brought her own North Indian warmth and practical home-style touch to those recipes. That gentle fusion created Saraswati's Kitchen - wholesome, traditional food made with love for families who want taste, nutrition and convenience in daily meals.
